Missouri River at Plattsmouth affecting Cass and Mills Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Missouri River at Plattsmouth. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Fields west of Dock Road flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.1 feet...or 0.1 feet above flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 26.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24 hours was 27.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 18.9 feet Monday evening. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
